Just a few quick notes. After the holidays, I hope to turn my attention to writing more on the blog as well as a site redesign, but life has been hectic around here.

To test out Amazon’s new Kindle Countdown functionality, I’ve lowered Finding Emma, a novel of psychological suspense, from $2.99 to $.99 from Nov 22 – Nov 25. Grab it while you can! Here’s the description:

In terms of functionality, the Countdown is a bit of a mess, but seems to be working as advertised. I’ve been burnt on Amazon missing formerly reliable functionality (like KDP Select Free books not going free), so I was watching for errors, but nothing untoward this time around.
The Spike is coming soon!
The Spike, the fourth in the Marty Singer series, is coming soon, I promise. I was put several weeks behind by–as Robert Plant would say–a communication breakdown with my editor. But the rewrite is nearly finished and should be winging its way to Michael Mandarano, my copy editor, over the Thanksgiving holiday, which means a mid-to-late December release. Fingers crossed, we’ll have it out before the holidays.
I may also be announcing a special program to get it into happy readers’ hot little hands in advance of the official release. Details soon…
